Goodbye Dieffenbachstraße 31

Goodbye Dieffenbachstraße 31

28.01.2016

We are moving out! A full night to give a proper goodbye to Dieffenbachstraße 31, the space we all loved for more than 7 years and 101 events.

Planning to reopen Archive Kabinett by the autumn, we will continue organizing events in Berlin thanks to an amazing and supportive network of spaces.

This moment of transition is an occasion to thank all the brilliant people who helped shaping Archive Kabinett. To the many participants and co-organizers, as well as those of you who came to the space in the last years: You made Archive Kabinett what it is and we are excited for what is next.

On the same evening we will also present one of our latest titles, Republications.

Republications is the first volume of Archive Journal’s hors-séries. Each issue of the series is commissioned to authors whose research is close to the editorial line of the journal. For the inaugural issue Archive’s editors have invited French curators and art critics Virginie Bobin and Mathilde Villeneuve.

Republications includes contributions by an exceptional group of artists and researchers: Mathieu Kleyebe Abonnenc, Lene Berg, Pauline Boudry & Renate Lorenz, Christophe Bruno, Foundland, Jeff Guess, Alexis Guillier, Rémy Héritier, franck leibovici, Sohrab Mohebbi, Julien Prévieux, Sally Price, Anna Théodoridès, Vassilis Salpistis & Marie Voignier.

Republications was made possible by the support of the CNAP – Centre national des arts plastiques and Perspektive – Fund for Contemporary Art and Architecture.
